Cancellation policy

Cancellations & Refunds for Bookings

Bookings made through Trim Tech may be cancelled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend without prior notice, may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.

Deposits are non-refundable where cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the appointment or after a diagnostic has been completed.
